Drive-thru recycling events
We set up a full recycling station at your site — your people drop off waste, we weigh it on the spot, and everyone walks away with a cashless reward. You get the ESG data to prove it.
A recycling drive that actually runs itself
Trash4Cash brings the full setup to your carpark, lobby, or event space. We handle logistics, equipment, weighing, rewards, and reporting — so you focus on engaging your people, not managing the operation.
Weigh on site
Certified scales at the collection point — participants see the number in real time.
Cashless buyback rewards
Participants earn credit direct to their e-wallet or points account — no cash handling, no queues.
ESG data report
After the event you receive a verified waste-diversion report — tonnage, material breakdown, CO₂ avoided — ready for your sustainability disclosure.
Branded setup
Banners, signage, and staff in Trash4Cash livery — or co-branded with your logo if you prefer.
Everything to run a smooth event
Every drive-thru engagement comes with these four elements as standard. No hidden extras.

Weigh-on-site system
Certified scales, trained staff, and live weight display. Participants know the exact value of what they hand in before they leave.

Buyback & rewards
Cashless payout via e-wallet, points, or a charity donation option. We manage the reward flow end-to-end.

ESG data reporting
Post-event report covering total tonnes collected, materials diverted, estimated CO₂ avoided, and participant count — formatted for your sustainability team.

Branded setup
Printed banners, waste-sorting stations, and uniformed crew. Co-branded options available so your brand is front and centre.
Corporates, malls, developers, and communities
If you manage a space where people gather, a drive-thru recycling event works. We've run events for:
Shopping malls & retailers
Drive footfall and demonstrate sustainability — we've partnered with AEON and KIP Mall.
Property developers
Green events for residents in your townships — we've worked with EcoWorld, SP Setia, MK Land, and Lagenda.
Corporations & GLCs
Staff engagement events with ESG data your sustainability team can actually use — Coca-Cola, Ramly, Yokohama, SME Bank, and others trust us.
Local councils & resident associations
Community recycling drives that reward residents directly — we work regularly with MP Sepang and resident associations across Selangor.
From enquiry to event in four steps
We keep the process simple so the event is effortless on your end.
Tell us about your event
Fill in our short enquiry form with your date, location, expected crowd size, and any branding requirements. We'll come back to you within one business day.
We plan the setup together
Our team confirms the materials we'll collect, the reward structure, and the branded layout. We handle permitting and logistics — you just promote the event to your audience.
We arrive and run the day
Trash4Cash crew sets up the weighing station, signage, and collection points. Participants drive or walk up, hand in their recyclables, get weighed, and receive their rewards on the spot.
You receive the data report
Within five working days we send you a verified ESG report — total waste diverted, material categories, CO₂ avoided, and participant numbers — ready for your annual report or ESG disclosure.
Most common recyclables, all accepted
Participants can bring any of these materials. We sort and record each stream separately so your report is accurate.
Paper & cardboard
Newspapers, office paper, cardboard boxes, magazines — flattened is best, but we'll take it as-is.
Plastics
Bottles, containers, and packaging — rinsed. We accept most food-grade plastics by weight.
Metals
Aluminium cans, tins, scrap metal — one of the highest-value streams for participants.
E-waste
Old phones, cables, small appliances, batteries — collected and routed to certified e-waste processors.
Used cooking oil (UCO)
Collected in sealed containers and diverted to biodiesel production. Popular at community events.
Glass
Bottles and jars — empty and clean. Subject to site logistics; confirm at enquiry stage.

Common questions about drive-thru events
A typical setup needs about four to six parking bays or an equivalent open area. We can adapt to smaller spaces for indoor lobby setups — just let us know at enquiry stage and we'll work with what you have.
Most events run for three to six hours. We can go longer for larger sites. Tell us your preferred timing and expected volume and we'll staff accordingly.
There is no hard minimum, but drive-thru events work best when you expect at least 50 participants. For smaller groups or internal staff events, our door-to-door collection or smart bins may be a better fit — reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
The report covers total tonnes collected by material stream, estimated CO₂ emissions avoided, number of participants, and date and location. It is issued as a PDF on Trash4Cash letterhead and can be provided to your ESG auditor or included in your sustainability report directly.
Yes. We offer co-branded banner and signage packages. Just share your brand guidelines at enquiry stage and we'll include them in the design. Fully custom setups are available for larger events.
Two to three weeks is ideal so we have time to arrange logistics and any co-branded materials. For standard events with no custom branding, one week's notice is sometimes possible — contact us and we'll see what we can do.
